3 low-carb drinks that help suppress appetite

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

- 1 tablespoon of whey protein
- 2 dl of chilled green tea
- 5 frozen strawberries
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Cinnamon ice café latte
Ingredients:
- 2 dl of chilled coffee
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 dl of low-fat milk
- Fistful of ice
Preparation:
- Prepare coffee in advance and chill it.
- Combine chilled coffee, cinnamon and low-fat milk in a pitcher.
- Pour the mixture in a tall glass, filled with ice.

Ingredients:
- Carrots (red and yellow)
- Parsley (leaves and root)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Leek

- At least 1 litre of water

Preparation:
- Put all of the ingredients in a pot and cook for an hour or two.

- Pour it into a cup and reheat in a microwave when you need to squash a craving.

- Water is one of the most known appetite suppressants because it fills the stomach up – without calories. Vegetable stock acts the same, it just has a bit more flavour.
